Si c’est la première fois que vous recrutez un directeur de production posez-vous la question suivante ; est ce que je suis quelqu’un qui fait beaucoup d’ingérence ; si oui vous avez besoin d’un candidat bas de gamme ce que l’on appelle un exécutant et qui sera peu exigeant pour le salaire .
Le candidat de haut niveau ne restera pas s’il y a beaucoup d’ingérence.
If this is your first time recruiting a production manager, ask yourself the following question; am I someone who interferes a lot; if so you need a low-end candidate who is called a performer and who will be undemanding for the salary. The top candidate will not stay if there is a lot of interference.
Lors de réunion méfiez-vous de tous ceux qui demandent un mapping rapidement, souvent ce sont ceux qui ne comprennent pas rapidement et se servent de ce prétexte en disant que c’est pour aider leurs confrères à mieux comprendre.
